We reserve the right to choose the method of shipment (e.g. UPS, FedX, Canada Post, etc.). We offer one level of service for the Canadian, US and International market and while we can estimate delivery time we cannot guarantee it. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees levied by their government agencies.

$12.00 first item, $5.00 each additional item within the same order

USA customers

$12.00 first item, $5.00 each additional item within the same order

International customers

$18.00 first item, $10.00 each additional item within same order

*Customs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to Canadian sales tax.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, any non-sale item purchased online may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and in resalable condition. All refunds will be processed with the same form of payment used for purchase.

Items accepted for return must not be used/worn/damaged and must be in original packaging.

Some exceptions apply:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipped item is to be returned for refund the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damage to any shipped items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to webmaster@royalbcmuseum.bc.ca
